Vintage Kyosho Cessna 182 with Cox motor to Electric conversion

Looking for assistance in transitioning a 1980's Kyosho Cessna Skylane 182 from the COX gas motor to an electric motor. Issue stands at trying to find solutions to the following problems.

1. Electric Motor / Motor mount. So the firewall on the aircraft that also holds the nose gear has mounting screws that I am pretty sure are specific to the cox motor. I am trying to find either a motor mount that might fit the firewall and provide me options to mount an electric motor and then pass ESC/Battery wires back into the fuselage. In order to maintain integrity of the firewall I wont want to get around to drilling two many holes.

2. How to choose an appropriate Kv motor to handle the aircraft? I know I don't want a motor that puts to much stress on the airframe, but want enough power to pull out of a tight spot as it is only a 3 channel setup.

3. Finding a detailed parts list for other components of the aircraft. So since the aircraft is a hand-me-down from my father who hasn't been in the hobby since I was young. some parts have come up missing. Most importantly looking to re-install the landing gear, but not sure the mounting pieces (i.e., screws) for main landing gear and wing struts. Would also assist in maybe locating replacement parts (i.e. replacement engine cowling, etc...)

Thanks for any assistance anyone may have. I will be able to attach photos of the firewall with measurements later this weekend if that may assist.

I found inspiration from the video below but have yet to receive feedback from the poster (Evilwhitey) on the specifics.

There was a discussion on electrifying an alpha 60 here,

I shared my experience on my alpha 40 it might give you some ideas.
Knowing more about the plane, engine size, wing span, prop size etc. will help.
I can tell you that some things you will just have to fabricate on your own, so far as I know no one has come up with any kind of "kit" to make the conversion to electric.
I also know that the electric motor tends to be lighter and that makes setting the CG properly difficult.
If you are mechanically inclined and crafty you can do it!

So some of the details I was able to find are
Fuselage length: 28"
Wingspan 36"

Motor details are as such as my father and I were weary shipping the motor overseas. Prop is likely long MIA.
