That is superb! Congratulations. Consider me mightily impressed and slightly humbled...

we got approx 12-13" wet,soft snow here at moment. Neither floats or ski carrys a plane on top for take-off, or ok landing. But nice day to try out a glide by the Yokosuka. Approx 1150g total weight with a 2700mA battery, retracts, GPS stabilizer controll, eg. approx 150 more with the floats on. Glided nice, and easy setup CG control, i belived it could be needed more forward weight, but no. Then the battery get a perfect placement.
Some "taxi" tryout into garage was done. It got great power... but see need of steering on the tailwheel, for better direction control.

from floattest, some wind blowed it ashore though.. it floats with a stance at approx 8* degrees up in front, as intended. Rudders are needed....
