Here's a fun little plane for ya! Super quick and easy build and flies GREAT!

Willy is fun, extremely simple and flying little airplane! Rudder, Elevator and Throttle control. Perfect for small spaces!

Length from firewall to aft tip of rudder: 16.5"
Weight ready to fly: 4 ounces

Features:
Build as Free flight, or up to 3 channel - rudder, elevator and throttle.
Built in servo tray in fuselage
Flat bottom Clark Y airfoil
Laser cut self jigging construction - The entire airframe can be built and ready for cover in less than 2 hours!
Includes:
All wood pieces to build entire airframe
.032 music wire pushrods
.055 music wire for landing gear and elevator joiner
Laser cut wheel retainers
Motor mounting screws and washers
4 each #32 rubber bands for attaching wing.
Recommended equipment:
2 each 2.5 gram servos - Emax 9251 servos or smaller for Rudder and Elevator
Power: 1106 - 4000kv brushless motor or Cox TD .010 glow engine
For Brushless: -350 mah 2s lipo battery
- 6 amp esc
- 3 x 2.5 propeller

That's a cutie. If there was a Guinness record for easiest balsa RC airplane to build the Wee Willy would be a contender.

Ha! Thank you! The Willy was designed about 8 years ago and the prototype cut by hand. We used it as a test bed for a whole bunch of different 10 ish gram motors to see which motors were best. We just hadn't been able to kill it no matter what we did. A friend saw it a while back and said "you should really kit that!" And taking everything we have learned so far put this one together. Simple was the key element here. It's actually spawned a whole other series of planes for us. :)

Yes, ailerons are a fairly easy addition. You will need to reduce the dihedral by at least half. When we have a chance we will do a video on it.
