View attachment 252912 Does it count if the prop fly's away and crashed, but you dead stick/glide itback to the field??? I saw something fly away from the plane when powering back up to altitude. Didn't thing much of it till I started getting lower and wanted to do a fly by to see if the canopy or spinner flew off. At that point it was obvious that the whole prop was gone since it would not respond to throttle. LOL
Did you find the prop and spinner?

A little nose knocker off flight through a tree. Tried doing an inverted pull out of a dive which was not going well. By the time I flipped to regular pull out, a tree had found it's way in front of it. Everything fell out. No climbing or poles needed.

LOL, I lost a canopy in a bean field and found it 3 months later after the field was harvested :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
This is a 2400, so who knows how far out I was. Baro said 400' up. (we can do 700' at this AMA field in class G airspace) I checked the grass field on the other side of the treeline from the field on the way home, but it could have easily been/flown to the bean field on the other side of the road too.

Actually I had that yesterday with my radjet! I though the motor had fried but it was just that I had forgotten to tighten down the prop....

This thing was a basket case when I got it at a swap meet. Push rods and control horns were all wonky, not pushing straight lines, not centered, etc. I re-tightened everything on it, except probably the prop nut..... LOL.
