To Join the Thread; Is it a crash if the plane is undamaged? I was coming out of a roll and at low altitude and put on an extra half roll. Pull up and the plane headed for the dirt. I tried to roll upright and pull up at the same time and ran out of reflexes, and altitude at the same instant. Hit in the field next to our strip. OH NO! that was my favorite Ultra Slow Stick. I went to examine the remains as I figured it was toast, but there it was, sitting on its wheels and undamaged! The battery mount moved about 1" forward and a bit of dirt on the prop and on the motor. Still flying but now I stick to the maxim "Fly TWO DUMB THUMBS HIGH!"

A few days ago, but... I learned that LW-PLA, um, fails quickly. Coming in to land at the park and the prop was still spinning at touchdown, prop tip hit first and the motor, mount and front end of the fuselage just ripped right off the rest of the plane.
Replacement parts will be printed in standard PLA... In the pic, green is standard PLA and red is LW-PLA.
