I noticed on the mini corsair the center pod was smaller than on the FT model and I was thinking back to when I crashed mine I think when the battery flew out and it hit the ground the thrust angle was thrown off. so I wonder if making the center pod bigger would be a good idea.

Yeah you could be right. I did model the center pod off of the mini arrow pod.
