So, if I did the calculation right, this new thing has about 99"^2 of wing area. 14" long, 9" wide. I expect all-up weight to be 95-105 grams, including a 300 mah 2s battery depending on whether I go with a 110x motor or a 1306 motor. What do you guys think?
It'll have elevons, and the keel will also have a rudder for a bit better control.

Guys, the MiG-21 was looking good until I found out that I didn't consider ESC, servos and battery so it was too small to even fit fit them and the 3D prints ended up being quite the opposite of rigid formers 💀
On the bright side though, at least I learned how to nail at least nail the shape right with one lesson. Make your jets bigger

Little something I have been working on, it is a ahinge for folding the wing of a 3d printed VTOL. the wing will jsut slot in, havent decided on proper mounting yet, but Ill see later. It is operated by fishing line but should be under 40g with magnets, rubber bands, bearings and all, so hopefully I can put this on a long range style setup or give it some payload, with 6",2203 motors. This will be a fun one, in the style of NickRehm's quadcopter VTOL, but with INAV. Time to design teh 3d printed wings next! (after testing this of course)
