While changing the charger settings, notice I set the limit to only 95 %battery capacity. Changed the setting to 100% and decided to fly Magic and see what time I get.

It is equipped with a 64mm EDF (5 blades) and uses a 1300 lipo. It weighs 398 grams ready to fly. Notice there is no endplates and have added my "stabilizer" and the average flight time is around 10 min. With the addition of 5%, I now have been able to push flight times very close to 11 min. By the way, no reflex is needed for trimming.

Wow, that flight time is amazing!

No endplates? interesting. My RMRC Recruit (AR-Wing with RMRC FC) flew very sketchy without end plates

I flew the Aerojet today, it was fun but it has a bit of wing rock that makes it a bit frustrating to fly. I shifted the cg as far forward as I could which helped significantly but it’s a bit nose heavy for my liking now, and it still has wing rock at lower speeds. It was a bit windy which could be part of it but I still would like to see better performance. I think I have plenty of vertical stability with the two vertical stabs and fuselage profile, maybe I should print some vortex generators for the LE? Any suggestions?

Can you describe more in detail when you get the wing rock? You say at lower speeds, are you turning, flying straight, doing high alpha or what?

It happens mostly when I’m turning. Originally it was doing it in high alpha as well but after moving the cg forwards that went away.

One thing you may explore is putting a small amount of "up reflex" in the model's elevator. Suggest you use a mode1 for no reflex for elevator. Then set a mode 2 with some up reflex and fly 3 crash heights and engage mode 2 and explore flying it.
Otherwise, land, reset the reflex higher and try again.

Your only other choices are to fly faster, move CG forward, add vertical stabilization which you already done.
Worse case, put a gyro on it which I don't think you want to do.

It looks like your elevons are inboard of the vertical stabilizers and your wingtips have lower sweep and a pretty small chord so my guess is you're getting some tip stalling. You might be able to add some reflex/washout by cutting a hinge line here and decreasing the wingtip AOA which might help.

More vertical stabilizer area above the wing might also help - you do have a reasonable amount of vertical stab area, but it looks pretty evenly distributed above and below the wing so it will contribute less to roll stability.
