PERFECT alternate use for a TPU Wine Stopper found on Thingiverse.

It is now a TPU Kayak Plug!

Which means it is also a TPU Whine Stopper, since my buddy will no longer have to hear me whine when my kayak fills up due to the missing plug. LOL.

Honestly, How come nobody sells the "stock" plug without a boat? (at least around here)

Printed with Inland TPU on my Monoprice Select Mini V2

Cheers!

The best TPU I have found is ColorFabs's makes great hinges.

Holloween is only 8 months away so I'm working on my "Alien" theme. First comes the Face Huggers and then I'll start working on the eggs. Lastly I'd like to try a air powered Chest Burster that I saw online somewhere and need to find again.

Hi Guys, I have recently been working on a smoke generator for electric models. Already the second prototype to print in 3D is ready but I need a volunteer who wants to print it and test it.

Anybody interested? Thanks in advance!

I had my 3d printer for about 3 weeks now and it absolutely blew my mind. Some stuff that takes me hours to make in the lathe or milling machine now seems so easy to make in the printer. Everyday items, useful stuff or even things I do not need but looks cool can be printed in a matter of minutes or a few hours. Control horns, servo trays, motor mounts, camera mounts are the few things I already printed and are flying.

This is what I 3D printed today

So what do you 3d printed today?
I printed a Servo horn the other day with a regular 3d printer since I don't have a resin ones, it breaks mid air and I crashed my planes, I used a regular pla and 0.1mm nozzle. Never trust 3d for those kinda stuff again lol

I use them all the time, but they best made with PETG filament. Do you mean .1 or .4 nozzle which usually used for this kind of printing

Like Keno, I also use them all the time and have them on multiple planes. Never had one break. I print the Flitetest Style Control Horns in PLA+ with a .4 nozzle.
Maybe try printing this one. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:317559

I use Fusion 360 for creating the parts I need, if that helps. Can you give us a better idea of what are you trying to create? What 3D Printer are you using?
Also, have you checked on thingiverse.com to see if you can find something similar to what you are looking for.

Sponz has a similar control horn to yours. PLA for me does not work as they warp in the heat. Attachments for lnfo.
