It’s a bit low KV for an arrow. That battery is likely to be drained fast by higher KV motors or bigger props. 25C at sub 1000mah is a bit too low discharge IMO.
You could try a very light build with it, something under 250g, swinging a 6x5 prop it might have enough power.
It might work in a light KFM wing. I need to build one of those too.
That’s a bigger motor, should work with a larger design swinging a 9 or 10” prop. The ESC might be the weak link with a big prop, the Explorer would work with that motor, you could make a parallel connector for 3 of the small packs to power it. You could also skip the motor and make a simple soarer, use the ESC as a Bec or add a separate Bec and then the small batteries can power the RX. You could make a power nose and folding prop for the Soarer too, that would work with the small battery since the motor would just be used occasionally.
