What happened to the FT multirotor stuff?

Hi all.

I've been out of the loop for about a year and a half. I was buying a house and starting a business and getting my trip together and I kinda quit watching RC videos and quit buying things for a bit.

When I left, I was working on a Dragonfly style multi copter built with FT's ElectroHub and motors and the whole kit. Never finished it. Now I'm getting back into the hobby, and it seems FT doesn't support multirotors anymore! And I just found out yesterday that David Windestal is closing up shop too!

What's going on?!?

Where do I get replacement parts? Does the tricopter tail mechanism still have a lifetime warranty? Do I just use everything until it breaks and start over and use all the motors in airplanes? Are they retooling or is it just done?

I agree, it’s disappointing.
I am in the process of scratch building my first tricopter & decided to go with something like the Simple Copter. I didn’t what to be dependent on someone else for parts.
