What is the absolute slowest flying FT plane you have flown?

Hey guys, I am looking for the slowest plane you guys have seen/flown. I need it to be small and able to fly in a front yard.

The Nutball is the slowest I’ve flown. It’s fun to fly it backwards with a moderate headwind. It’s a pretty good plane for tight spaces too because it can turn on a dime. The 2022 Nutball is lighter (and slower) than the original.

For planes with an actual airfoil, probably the Storch, but that’s no good for a yard. I would have thought the Mini Old Fogey would be good, but mine is unstable at low speeds.

Are beginners able to fly that? I’ve never attempted to fly it before.

In my experience, yes. It’s one of my kids favorite planes. They’re 9 and 11. It flies slowly and falls slowly, like a leaf to the ground (if you cut power). It’s also just stupid fun, particularly in high wind. It has a high fun to effort ratio.
