what is the KF advantage?

people seem to love KF airfoils, but why?

I am planning on building a micro drone (from rctestflight) type plane, he uses a KF2, and it flies amazing. I was just about to get started when I realized arman wings are just about as easy to build, (out of adams anyway) so whats the point?

anyone who has flown both, does the KF have a performance advantage, or does it just fly well for how hard it is to build.

thanks!

In my opinion, its better than the KF. Its the standard, flat-bottom, Clark Y type foil. It is very typical of rc airfoils. Not "designed" per se, but a proven shape.
