What is the recommended settings for my Blade 120 SR?

Hey guys,

I've got my Blade 120 SR over here, and I'm binding it to DX6i. But first, does anyone recommend certain settings for dual rates and expo?

Didn't see anything in the manual.

This is what I'm running:
Aile 0 75% +25%
Elev 0 75% +25%
Rudd 0 75% +25%

Aile 1 100% -6%
Elev 1 100% -6%
Rudd 1 100% -40%

It seems to work for me, I only fly in high rates though.
