I know you mentioned the motor is a Racerstar but if you can provide the specs it makes it less of a guessing game; another factor will be the ESC size. You said B so I'm guess its around a 2212 however the KV they make a few different KV of that motor.

I've used that exact motor on my Scout with a 9x4. If it were me and I wanted a 3 blade I would use something like this https://www.masterairscrew.com/collections/3-blade/products/3-blade-7x4-propeller. Keep in mind you need to go to a smaller diameter when switching to a 3 blade. This will also probably not be as efficient but will look the part on the Spitfire.
For scale then CCW (viewed from the front) unless is was a Griffon powered version then its CW
Otherwise its more about which way you will have to counter the 'swing' on take off.
If its hand launched then its which way you need to be ready to correct for the torque induced wing drop until it has picked up speed.
