Hello All,
I just received my Tubby B-17 kit last week and I noticed the was an STL file for a bomb. I was wonder what material you printed yours with, as I'm afraid if I use PLA the bomb will break when it hits the ground, and I was wonder what Fill percentage, and if you had supports turned on when you printed yours.

TIA

Use TPU filament.

I had a friend make mine, and I don't know anything about 3-D printing, but I'll tell you what he told me. He used PLA because it's what he had. His default setting is 15% but he "thinks the file made it 10%".

What I do know: It is very solid, and I was worried about it breaking. I've dropped it many times on the ground (not pavement), and it shows no sign of wear or abuse at all. It looks brand new.
