When is Monday and Wednesday not really Monday and Wednesday

Monday and Wednesday seem to be different days in the midwest than here in the east. I never seem to get new shows on Mon or Wed. I know you guys are busy filming and building and flying and harassing the new guy, but come on guys. My work day does not start until I see a new show and I especially need it on Monday morning or I am crabby the whole week. And working in Washington, DC I need all the good feelings I can get.

Be thankful for small mercies, To you they are a couple of hours late, I'm currently in Japan so for me they are released very early on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

However the email alert is always several days late.... I normally get the alert for the "Monday" episode on that weeks Saturday/Sunday.

We have a modded repository of places to buy stuff. Should we have a list of places to watch stuff when we are jonezing?

I have often wondered if a twice a week schedule is a bit too stressful on the crew. I would think a once a week schedule for the main video and will the rest of it with random podcast/vlog/streaming would be better.

Hahaha try being in my head for a while. I can go to sleep Sunday night, wake up and hang out with friends only to find its Thursday and we were supposed to meet on a Tuesday. Note that I normally can only sleep a few hours at a time before I become uncomfortable enough I have to get up and move around before I can go back to sleep. Add to that the part where time speeds up the older you get and weeks or even months can pass if not paying careful attention to what is going on.

Having the videos out on schedule helps with that but its not a necessity of life so as much leeway as needed is given by me for all I have learned, will learn, and get to witness with what they do. I think we all wait in anticipation for the next fix but its not life changing if its not perfect every week.

My 2 cents would be to release the episodes on Monday and Wednesday, or stop continually advertising the currently advertised release schedule. I am fully aware that I have access to loads of great resources for free and I can/do choose to support them when I can, but one thing that really irks me is saying you are going to do something and not delivering. Many things have been promised to the community over the years and many have never been upheld. I am going to step down from this soap box now.

Frustration is understandable but try to keep in perspective. FT is a "for profit corporation". Not only do they promote their business and the hobby by producing two high quality videos per week for free, but they also offer the plans for their core product for free. Along with this, they do podcasts, vlogs and are even talking about a full scale friday! Unless someone finds a way to increase the number of hours in a day, they seem to be doing a full time job of promoting RC. After all, there are 24 hours in a day and then there's the night.

Thank you FT! I recognize your efforts and appreciate it.

I too am very grateful for all the FT folks efforts because they have made me get back in the hobby after a 25 year drought. Boy have things changed. Just like to keep on schedule (anal part of my personality) and need something to keep me sane until I can retire from this political rat race.

Normally they do come out on Monday and Wednesday (with the odd day late episode) but it's usually in the late afternoon or evening. Not early enough to watch while eating my oatmeal but early enough to watch after I get home. They may not be ready for prime time but that's usually when the show hits the internet.

Well, I can say that we definitely try and get the videos out ASAP every monday and wednesday. Most of the time it is right on par! Although YOUTUBE sends out the email to subscribers WHENEVER they want to... we have no control of that, it is all up to YOUTUBE ha UNFORTUNATELY!

Now, I say all that to say this... if an extra 2-4 hours of editing takes it from a good video to a great video... I think we can all agree, that is fair and what's best.
