I personally use a Bloody Wonder for windy days. Really, most of the intermediate-to-advanced FT designs should work; the important part is to build the plane heavy and fast. Use a big motor, a big battery, and a high-pitch propeller. Reinforce the airframe so it can take the extra speed. Here are the specs on my BW:
