Which is the best FT design for windy condition

Hi all

This is my first time posting here. I want to get a FT design and build my first RC plane. But I live in a country where it's very windy. Even on the best of summer days, we still have wind.

Which FT design handles wind the best?

In my opinion, the Versa handles the wind the best. You only really get pushed around in wide turns.

I personally use a Bloody Wonder for windy days. Really, most of the intermediate-to-advanced FT designs should work; the important part is to build the plane heavy and fast. Use a big motor, a big battery, and a high-pitch propeller. Reinforce the airframe so it can take the extra speed. Here are the specs on my BW:
NTM 2826 1200KV motor
7x6 prop
2200 mAh 4S battery
3/8 inch basswood wing spar
Heavy-duty 2-56 pushrods
Tail reinforced with bbq skewers

Thank you very much for replying and for your suggestions. :applause:

I have always been in love with the Spitfire, so I think it will be my first choice. :)
