The Mini Mustang is designed for the A pack, so putting the B pack on there will make it heavy.
It’s ok for the prop to turn either direction. Conventionally, the prop spins counter clockwise when facing from the front, but there’s nothing in the design that requires that. However, the prop nut should thread on the opposite direction of the prop so that the motor doesn’t unscrew it. Most motors have a clockwise thread to fit the counter clockwise prop convention. If you have the wrong direction thread, make sure to snug it down extra tight, and maybe use some loc-tite.
A 5045x3 is kind of small for that motor but will probably work.
I’m not familiar with magic board, that must be specific to your country/region. In the United States we use the product called Adams Redi-board. It’s about 4.5mm thick with paper on each side, and a 20x30” sheet weighs about 110g. Be especially careful not to use a heavier foam board. This is the most common mistake that first time builders make. If you use a foam board that’s twice as heavy, plus your already heavy motor, then your plane probably won’t be able to fly.
