Will a 600MW VTX interfere with the 350qx GPS, Compass, ect

It depends....
If your Tx and Rx are 2.4gHz and your VTx is 5.8gHz, all will be well as long as they aren't stacked on top of each other.
Any electronic gear like this is susceptible to interference. Distance is your friend. Try not to place the GPS Rx right next the VTx & Antenna.
For cables like what you are looking for, check ReadyMadeRC or GetFPV.

The antenna will normally attach directly to that Tx with an SMA connector so you don't have many options there.
This isn't ideal as crashing can stress the TX's onboard SMA connector and potentially break it, rendering your TX useless.
Some form of strain relief or mounting the antenna to the frame using a coax extension can take care of this problem.
My Fortis Tricopter has a VTx mast that mounts the VTx and the antenna together.
The antenna is cable tied to the mast and this removes the stress on the VTx board.
The mast acts as a splint joining and strengthening both into a single unit.
