and '100 g print' is very non-descript, there is complexity, materials, what nozzle and layer size, etc, etc, etc that all reflect in the final quality outcome.

Here's the thing, most serious hobbiest have a fdm machine, to get business you need to be able to to something that not everyone can for less. If you could do sls printing in nylon for enough less than the big print houses you'd get business.

Well guys, I really need some money and decided this is a good way to make a little. But I am changing it a bit, I will design stuff for you, I can print, I can CNC, and I can cut foam planes and even Hotwire them! But I have one slight problem, I will need business. How do you guys suggest I get it?just rely on the FT family to give me some? Or should I try to do super special stuff to make me a better choice?

Quick update on the large CNC machine, mounted a foam workspace in case my needle / hotwire rod goes too deep it won't break, I also got the new Z axis ready to mount, the old one was way too hard to move and it caused the motor to burn out and short the driver. Luckily I had a spare motor and spare driver so I got that set up and now it turns easily!

Just updated the page with a poll on what types of filament should I stock, up to 3 votes, I intend to stock only 3, maybe 4 if I see one I like, if I get a lot of business I will start stocking more, and for a small sum ~$10 you can have me add filament just for your print.

I also just set up my CNC machine to cut formers for hotwiring. Now I just need to play around with a few different materials and see what works the best.

Sounds amazin. I’ll pay u 10 bucks plus shipping to fl. Any oll color will work. One of comments I saw said that the indention the nose of the bomb goes in didn’t show up so the had to put it in splicer or whatever it’s called and fox that.
