Wrong prop

Chalk this one up to being a noob. Ordered my power pack and extra blades for my Tiny Trainer from Altitude Hobby they sent 7x3 props instead of 6x3 with the power pack.Should have checked to make sure they were the right props.Broke three of them so I ordered 6 more they sent me five instead of six and they are the wrong style props and will not fit on my motor even though they are the same as I ordered the first time.Looks like I'm no longer doing business with them and on top of that they do not have a phone number to get in contact with them.

I'd try this instead of a telephone. altitudehobbies@gmail.com

It has the advantage that you can send pictures of the wrong product.

And if you really want to phone them, just enter their street address into google. Most companies are listed somewhere - with their phone number. http://www.manta.com/c/mb0k3yf/altitude-hobbies http://www.buzzfile.com/business/Altitude-Hobbies-970-412-7303

But I'd try the email route first. There are reasons why companies don't want to be disturbed by phone calls all the time and opt for a mail contact which can be handled during quiet hours and by multiple people.

Thank you for your input Balu there is so much here to learn I did not know that the hub size of a prop is not consistent so I'm getting a prop reamer.Ends up that I was running 7x3 instead of 6x3 noob award of the month but this explains why I was having problems trying to fly the FT TT.Did talk to a very helpful person at Tower Hobby who explained that unless the hub sizes is in the specs it tends to be an 1/8" hole .The dimension of the prop saver on this Suppo motor is 5.5 mm close to 7/32"
