I have a isdt charger and as you all know it only charges xt-60 connectors. I would I charge a xt-30 connector battery?
Thanks

You can change the connector on the battery to a female xt60. It's only a bit heavier, and not much bigger.

Just make sure you cut, solder and shrink tube one wire at a time, you do not want to dead short a battery.

I am a fan of the XT60's but the 30 are nice too with less size. I did a bunch of soldering a couple weeks ago and one thing I did was set a plane and some LiPo's for 30's. That said, there is a lot that centers around 60's. Therefore I also made an adapter to be ready for whatever.

Bulky parts can be annoying from time to time. Some planes have small areas for the LiPo's and bulkiness can make hatches prone to flying off. By the way, battery straps are a very good idea too.

That for the help. I think I will just solder a xt60 on and not make an adapter that way I can parallel charge with out the adapters.
Thanks
