Is your Viggen the hotwire version ft made?

I wish. It's just the foamboard plan.

fanfold? I had thought of using some xps insulation foam (blue) which are sold in blocks of 25mm or 30mm, by cutting them into 6mm sheets.
Also I am thinking of building the 22'' version, will this be alright?

I've cut the blue, pink, and green foams into 1/4" sheets. The blue and pink work fine, but I've found the green (sold at Lowes) to be more brittle than the blue or pink.
In my experience, too, all three melted when CA accelerator was used (Proved it was the accelerator, not the CA, by spraying samples with just the accelerator).
