Sorry if off subject?

I have an ICraig Android 4.1 (jelly bean) netbook, but it is not recognized by any major source providers
that can let me get most apps that work on 4.1 smart phones, not even TW cable, where I have a cable/internet
account and should be able to view simple things like their available channels on Android app-able systems.
I like the idea, but I think it still might be a far-off dream for me, as is...

All I get is that they do not recognize my netbook? "You do not have an Android system connected "whatever"...............
even though it is an Android 4.1 based unit.

I would LOVE to be able to take some of these apps out to the field, and test how my power systems work IRL,
but I guess the Powers Above just do not want that for me right now.

Anybody that might have advice about how to deal with my issues are welcome to speak up!

TIA, Auger
