Help! Bad Camera?

So I was trying to fix my defective mob 7 (I got a refund and for a small fee they let me keep it) and I soldered up a new board. My problem is the video feed is black. The mob7 has one of those aio vtx camera things and the vtx was working because I was getting signal but there was no image. So bad camera or something else? Thanks.

Hard to say without probing around. I had one camera that would go black every now and then but wiggling the connector would bring it back. All my runcam splits failed to black. And the easiest camera I had to fix had the lens cap on.

Ive already done one lens cap...

This camera is soldered to the board.

I'd say either bad camera or bad connection to the vtx. If a vtx has no signal it will just transmit a black screen.

VTX could also be in pit mode...

Did you ever plug in the battery with out anantenna connected?

No the antenna is soldered on.
