Thanks guys! I want to get my son into building some foamies. This will be our first event! Any idea on cost for the speed build kits and electronics? (Trying to plan ahead) Would it be easier/cheaper to order from hobbyking and get the foam kits at FF15? Thank you again!

If you have a rx/tx then you should be able to get everything you need at the event.

Building tents isn't difficult. It's making them fly that's the challenge. Unless of course you live in Kansas (tornado alley).

When I get stuck trying to make my tent fly, I look across the pond to my good buddy Monty:
