Watching this. With all the modern super light weight electronics we have now I am very interested in making these RC.

I think it honestly would work better for RC. I finished it and need to finish the write up as well, but with all the tweaks needed to make it fly well as a free flight, it wouldn't have been much harder to go RC. That being said, I'm pretty satisfied with how it came out
