FMS 1400 mm Kingfisher - Flaps or no flaps?

Could someone please clarify as to whether the FMS 1400 mm Kingfisher come out of the box with flaps or not? This Australia Website - https://www.rcmodelaircraft.com.au/fms-1400mm-55.1-kingfisher-pnp-with-wheels-floats - shows pictures of the plane both with AND without so I'm confused. Thanks in advance!!!

I don't have first hand experience with this plane.
The description clearly says it has flaps. I suspect they added flaps and did not update the pictures.
