Looking for EPP foam

High Flyers,
I want to build the Infineon Biplane in the USA. I cannot find ANY EPP foam to do so. What happened???
Where has it all gone. I have tried all of my LHS and even online the places that supplied it in the past have dried up.
I may have to build it out of Ross foamboard but I selected this plane because it was made from EPP. It is so forgiving both in crashing and construction.
