nighthawk pro 280 too hot to fly for me, help

Hello I got a new 280 assembled by a professional friend. The quad is fast and furious for me.
I really need to tone down the responsiveness on the controller. How do I do that???

Reduce your rates and/or increase expo to make for a more docile copter.
