Hey guys!
Hoping someone can help me out and this is a simple fix. I made a video that may be easier to follow than writing.
I upgraded from DJI Goggles v2, and Air Unit v1, to Goggles 2, and O3 air unit.
Also went from 4.3 to 4.4 Betaflight. But my throttle problem still happens in 4.3.
Let me know if anyone needs more info.

SOLVED: Flip over mode had become enabled by default somehow. Had to delete the mode, and all is well again!
