What is going on with monte.c & Timmy?

I recently joined the forums so I’m pretty new. I have been seeing @Monte.C talk about @Timmy all the time. He has been saying stuff like he died. But @Timmy has been active since. So can somebody please tell me what in the world is going on here. Is it just an inside joke?

He's right, @Monte.C, your injecting humor out of context shows deep seated antisocial tendencies that can only be addressed through in depth counseling and possibly very severe discipline. We grieve for you though we do pray for your recovery.
