I heard that countersunk holes and routed chamfers are weaken the carbon fiber. Have you guys experienced this too?

I have no idea for the props guards but that would be very good. I have to check some pictures and try to estimate if it fit or not.

So after few analysis, Torrent 110 prop guard will fit but not the BabyHawk (or maybe if you cut them in half). I will propose try to propose something for 2.3"/2.5", maybe mix of 3d print and carbon...

If you feel countersunk holes will be an issue, you could use cap head screws and a thicker battery pad. But I don't think chamfers on top would be that much of an issue. If someone manages to break the top plate, I think it'll break whether chamfered or not.

I know there are lots of universal prop guards on Amazon too.
