ft. delta

Hello, I'm scratch building a FT Delta and I am trying to determine what the angle of the vertical fins should be. I'm thinking 12 or 19 degrees. I seem to remember having a couple of angle gauges I got with the original kit, but can remember if it was 12, 19 or ?? degrees. Thanks for any...
