lipo charge

I bought and have been using (2) 2200mah 3cell Lipo's. I've probably flown (and recharged) with each battery 15 times and now both are pretty much dead and won't recharge. Since this has happened with both batteries my guess is that error is with me. I do not have the voltage alarm setup on...
