motor spin direction

Sorry to be a bother, two areas I am confused on Electrohub Spider build with RTFQ kits: 1. Was I supposed to solder two of the motor leads flipped to get the twp that spin in the opposite direction, or is it based on the port the ESC's connect to? 2. Someplace, I thought in the FT Build video I...
