Turnigy 9XR Pro digital trim not working

Hey everyone!

I still have my noob status and received my first radio, the 9XR Pro. Like a kid at Christmas
I opened it up looked at a quick start guide to make sure I didn't screw the pooch when I pluged
in the battery.

I turned it on and started checking all the fancy switches and buttons. I have found the digital
trim button under the throttle stick will not accept input when pushing on the right side.

My question is, Is this a known problem with other 9XR owners, a factory defect, or something
I can just open up and correct myself.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sounds like a defect. I would contact HK via their chat window and ask them.
