back seats are in, Ill cut the cabin floor from 1.8mm carbon plate. screw it down, Ive sized it just right to be removable through the opened door. the big square in the sheet is the hatch for the components, Ill see about setting up one of the front seats as a hatch bolt pin lever. Im kicking myself over some of the methods i used to make the fuselage shape, those choices are effecting my options for making the interior cabin trim along window frames and the door pillars.

At 5:00 (in the video) you talk about the small gap in the door frame, maybe you can put a rubber seal from an inner tube or something.
Thats actually a really good idea. Might actually strip a thin quage silicon wire and use the insulation as an edge trim.
