Is there a problem with resetting passwords?

I tried for several days to reset my password as the main FLITETEST site as it said I had entered the wrong one. I was sure I hadn't but whatever. Requested 3 new passwords to be sent, but nothing came (checked all the folders).

I used an older reset email and reclicked the link and it took me to a slightly different page, and from there is worked fine.

Or is it just me?

The authentication systems between the main site and the forum, as you've noticed are not the same . . . as are the main site and the store.

From the looks of the email text you're trying to reset the store password, correct?

Not sure why it's fouling up on you, but Someone over at the store is going to have to fix it. visit:

If it's just the main site, and not the store, visit:

PLEASE DO NOT post at both. If it's the store's password, it goes to the first link, if it's the site's password, it goes to the second. If you send it to both, the right person will still get it, but you add one more "to-do" item to the wrong list slowing down the guys running support . . . taking away time from designing new airplanes, creating new videos and shiping out orders. Believe me, if I could fix this for you and save them time to be more creative, I would!

It was for the main site (95% sure), not the shop or the forum, I know they are separate for some reason. That email was the last one I had from FliteTest so just clinked the link again and was able to change it .... hrmmm. Let me check first. I was going to sign up for the forum and went through the main page first. I'll send them information, thanks -
