Hi everyone,

I'm new here and relatively new to the hobby. A couple of months ago I bought my first plane (Hype Funtastic) and learnt to fly it all by myself (took a while and some crashes ). I found Flite Test, Hobbyking and sheets of depron at a nearby RC store. So I've now build: Flyer, Delta, Versa wing, Simple Storch and the Racer. Also the FT3D but it broke in 2 at the maiden, so I still have to fix that. I love to start and land the Storch, although it doesn't fly too good. The Racer flies really well, hadn't expected such performance. Now I'm looking further for something new, think I will try one of Nerdnics speedy planes.

Here are some pictures.
I've had some issues with the landing gear of the Storch. It took a while to not tear off the depron. Since my road is quite bumpy I increased the wheel size to soda can size (literally ). Then I got so enthusiastic by the driving capabilities that I crashed my tail while driving around.
For the Racer I adjusted the wing details to a closed wing and the bottom of the fuselage is in one piece together with the wing. I used 6mm depron for the bottom and 3mm for the top of the wings. In the process I forgot about the servos, so now they stick out to far and are hit while landing. Therefore I made some more landing gear. Taking off from the ground is quite difficult without that rudder though, it's a matter of luck going straight and not run into the high grass. Now my wheels are falling apart. :black_eyed:
The maiden of the FT 3D didn't really work out as you can see. I think the ailerons were set too low, causing the plane to instantly go nose down, but I'm not sure. Also the throws were too high. I used ducked tape in the field to make some more attempts, but my control horns fell off.
