Wow, I can't believe I almost missed this thread. I like that airbrushing of the wooden structure showing through the fabric. I am going to have to try that myself.

You can also use a trick by using waterbased paints, and wet/dry clotchs alternaty to adjust after airbrushing, by getting parts fully without paint, and to "streak weathering"paints out more.
