measuring how the pontoon need sit, and placement of rear linkages + retract who will actuate the lowering/raising off it.
A bit just, shorter forward than original, but will here fit the CG point nicely in combination with the pontoon hull step, and right stance off the fuselage, who is what get a good take off/landing on a seaplane.

Its freezing winter here now, and lakes close by are frozen, (or close to)

3-4 months. if unlucky get 1000mm (or some more) snow too. But snow is nice to fly on, and easy on chrashes... problem is to get where plane is stuck....
