Since we only get small appetizers, I thought I'd collect the information we have so far and update this post if something new comes up.

  • Date: June 26th
  • Location: Not locked in yet, but around Lac St Croix / Gorge due Verdo, France.
  • You can sign up to receive updates: http://eepurl.com/Tffu1

Updates:
2014-05-02: Updated Location, date and added newsletter-Link
2014-04-24: Changed date from 25/26th to 26th after it was announced in podcast 23, also removed Switzerland as possible location.

Is it July or June ? I thought they said June in Podcast 21, but I may be mistaken.

Anyway, I hope I'll be able to be there.
Hopefully we can get a more precise location soon so we can start planning travels, logistics and stuff :p

[*] A Meetup is supposed to happen in Provence/France in late June, probably 25th/26th, exact location unknown
[/LIST]

Since you said France and mentioned David aka Dadde in one sentence I thought back to this video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ZN0PeD4B8c
But it is really borderline Provence...

I would love to meet the Flitetest crew and especially David too...
Didn't do much flying in the past years because I have been busy but I always take a look at the new videos and watch them if they are not too much out of my interests.
Hopefully David will source some good foam up in Europe. I keep getting tired of Depron and want something more rigid.

There are some beautiful sceneries in Provence.
Here's a quick panorama I took last time I went there : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzPqullcpf-TYmxIeGlJY0xiRDA/edit?usp=sharing

Taken from the top of Mont Colombis, which is located about 150km north of this Domaine du Planet (so a little more into the Alps)

Anyway, if someone's planning to go to the meetup, is passing by Toulouse, and is willing to carpool with me, I'd be happy to join (and obviously pay for half the gas) :)

That looks beautiful Trigger! :) Many thanks for posting :)

I'd very much like to go to this meetup :) I'm just wondering if there will be flying or will it be more of a chance to meet the crew (both equally awesome! :))? This is so I know whether I should take my models along :)

Kind regards,
Francis :)
