FT Mini Cruiser flight time

Thinking of building a FT Mini Cruiser since i got 450mah batteries for my heli. What kinda of flight times should i be looking to get?

with all recommended parts on the build list.

2s or 3s? But not much either way.

That size would be great in the mini scout but I think it would be a little small for the mini cruiser. Guessing maybe 3min flight time. They do suggest some small batteries in the build article though. Depending on how many batteries you have, build it anyway and find out. You could also make/buy a y harness and run two batteries in parallel for longer flights.

A 450mAh battery can give 4.5A for 6 minutes.
The mini cruiser motors at full power require 6A each so 12A in total
That sort of current would be seriously overloading a 450mAh battery.

Asuming you fly WOT all the time...

still why not using a 800 or even 1000mAh battery?
