Hot Glue Question

ok I got an adtech hi temp gun and adtech multi temp glue sticks, all they had where I went to get it.

When I was building over the weekend I noticed the glue as it came out was full of bubbles. Is this normal or is the gun boiling the glue?

Mine does this when it has been on for a while. Haven't noticed it being a problem for the build. It just adds a little extra burn to your finger...

Glue gun too hot

I had the same problem, glue gun getting too hot. I wired up cord with a light dimmer switch on the end. Works great, now I can dial in the temp I want and less glue drips from the gun between uses.

Yes, that happens with my gun as well. I't not had any negative impact as far as I can tell, so I've not done anything about it.

I actually like it when it's boiling (though you need to watch your fingers). It gives me more time to do longer runs like long wings etc as it is HOT and takes longer to set.
