How do you format/submit an article?

I'm building a 130% Long EZ VTOL and taking pics along the way. I'd like to publish my first Flite Test article with footage once I complete the project.
How do I submit an article ? What is the format - is there a template ?

I've several build logs in RCGROUPS VTOL special interests with pics/videos, but that's not an article.
