Sometimes I feel I am also because I do a lot of work for others, I do like that she uses an industrial grade heat gun and a large iron..same tools I use. I would probably not be slamming the wing around on the table without a pad though.

Having pre-cut and trimmed covering would be pretty sweet! :)

That should be required watching for anyone trying to learn wing covering. I wonder why she used a brush on one of the edges?? Some kind of glue applied or was she just making sure there was no dust??

Makes sense now. Apparently you need trim solvent where the monokote overlaps itself.

I used it once in my life on half a wing and never used it again and never had problems of covering coming loose. Just my experience though, I never felt it was needed. Some people use it to add stripes, etc. I feel the most important thing with covering is learning temp ranges and how different temps effect the covering.
