Im a new quadcopter pilot and would like some assistance

Hello everyone i am a new pilot and i need some Major assistance, i have been trying the whole "watch youtube videos" idea and it isnt working. So far i've updated my firmware on my Taranis, downloaded Open TX to my computer, downloaded Zadig 2.1.0 to my computer, and successfully connected my Drones telemetry to my Taranis. Im getting power to the drone but im not understanding how to do anything else. Would someone please help me! im a quick learner and im easy to work with.
