LiPo Covering

Hello everyone, the plastic covering on my Turnigy 2200 mAh 3S LiPo has been peeling off and I would like to put a new cover on it. I found some large heat shrink on HK that I think would work but I'd like to get a second (or as many as you would like to give me) opinion. Thanks!

That should be fine, but I would put 2 maybe 3 layers of it. Be careful with it, and always balance charge.

I'm cheap so I would probably just patch it with electrical tape.

I would be slightly concerned at the temperature required to heat shrink it. Heat and LiPo do not go too well together.
I have 'rebuilt' several LiPo packs and use duct tape to bind the cells together.

Thanks a lot! I hadn't even thought about the heat (sounds obvious now that I think about it). I will go ahead and just use tape. Thanks again everyone for the help!
